This is a pork chops with curry sauce,over white rice. It is another favorite of mine. In the sauce there are chopped onions, mushrooms and little sausages. I eat mine with some apple sauce and a veggie usually. =)

You will have to give me the recipe for the sauce. Do you fry your chops or do them in the oven?
ReplyDeleteFry them for a little bit then in the oven after everything is put together. This is something Joe's Mom makes. I haven't tried making it, yet.
